E-Sports

Esports, short for electronic sports, refers to competitive video gaming. While these games are certainly fun, they also involve real competition and strong team-building—both of which are key elements of the sport. At Eustace High School, students compete in online matches from the esports room under the close supervision of coaches. Our teams have participated in eight seasons so far, proudly representing Eustace High School at both state and national championship competitions.
We have placed in the top three multiple times at the state level, which has qualified our teams to compete nationally. In addition, our Bulldog athletes have received scholarship offers totaling over $250,000. One of our proudest moments came when a former Bulldog—now a college esports coach—signed one of our graduating players and awarded them a scholarship to compete at a nearby junior college. This rapidly growing sport now boasts an average of 40 players per season and has become a proud tradition at Eustace High School.
