Public Notice of Intent to Apply, Equitable Services, and Private Non-Profit (PNP) Schools
Eustace ISD is preparing to apply for federal grant funds under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act. A public hearing will be held on Monday, June 15, 2026, at 6:30 pm at the Multipurpose Building, 200 FM 316 South, Eustace, Texas. The public is invited to attend. School districts that receive ESSA federal funds are required to provide equitable services for eligible school children, teachers, and other educational personnel at registered private non-profit (PNP) schools that desire to participate. All PNP schools located near Eustace ISD must provide documentation of 501(c)(3) nonprofit status and must meet federal program eligibility requirements.
