The National Weather Service in Fort Worth has expanded the * Flood Watch to include portions of north central Texas and northeast Texas, including the following counties: Ellis, Hill, Hunt, Kaufman, McLennan, Navarro, Delta, Henderson, Hopkins, Rains, and Van Zandt. * Through Tuesday morning * Multiple rounds of showers and isolated thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday. The most likely area for heavy rain is from the Comanche area through the southern portions of the DFW Metroplex into east Texas. * Rainfall amounts in the Flood Watch area will average between 3 and 5 inches with isolated 7 inch amounts possible.
