Jessica Bates-Pearson was born and raised in Wills Point, Texas. There she was involved with Theatre all through high school, winning several awards and inflaming her passion for the arts. After high school Mrs. Pearson attended Kilgore College and took part in the best Jr. College theatre program, performing; Angles in America pt. 1, Who's Afraid of Virginia Wolf?, and Dark of The Moon, etc. (these were only a few of their shows in those two years.) She graduated from Kilgore College with her AA in theatre and dance and she was Delta Psi Omega President.  She then attended Texas Woman's
University where she received her BA in Theatre and Dance and fell in love with directing. She was one of the few students that year that graduated Cum Laude. Ms. Pearson's Philosophy is to introduce the love of performing arts in Eustace. Ms. Pearson hopes to help the students understand, grow, and appreciate the arts; whether they choose to make theatre their career path or only to become attentive spectators. "My wish is that after they leave my class I have produced successful, open minded, artistic members of society." - Jessica Bates-Pearson.
