Chad Bentley will be the Assistant Director for the One Act Play. Some students and parents from Eustace High School asked him to help, he volunteered looking forward to helping, and then eventually the position was made official by Mr. Sowers, HS Principal and Dr. Holcombe, Superintendent.

Chad graduated from Eustace in 2002 and then from Northwestern State University in 2006 with a Bachelors Degree in Music Education. He has been involved with the Eustace One Act Play since Middle School and won a number of acting awards including All-Star Cast and Honorable Mention All-Star Cast. He had attended Summer Acting Camps at Stephen F. Austin University for two years in High School where he won a few short play awards. He has been involved with a number of musical theatre productions including the 2005 and 2006 N.S.U. Christmas Gala and Forney H.S. production of Footloose .

He was born in Tyler, TX and attended Eustace from K-12. Chad says, "I have a huge interest in anything and everything involved with music in and out of school. I have a successful band that is my fun job away from my real job".

Chad got married this Summer to Jessica Pearson on July 25, 2008.  His father is also a teacher at Eustace, he was a coach for quite some time in his early years of employment, he now teaches 6th grade health. 

Chad says, "I am very excited to be working with the Eustace H.S. Theatre Department and we look to working hard and presenting a competitive production for One Act Play this year".
