F * A * Q * S
-
Who can be in the Spanish Club?
A: Any student who is currently enrolled in a Spanish
class at EHS OR has credit for Spanish III
-
Do you have to speak Spanish to be in the
Spanish Club?
A: Not fluently...but since all Spanish
Club members are also Spanish class students, one would
hope a few words would occasionally slip out!
-
What do you do in the Spanish Club?
A:
That definitely depends on interest and participation
levels. There are two activities in the works for the
2007-2008 school year. The sponsors are open to
suggestions for a spring activity or for activities for
next year. Spanish Club members also have the
opportunity to purchase a club t-shirt. Meetings are
kept to a minimum.
-
How much does it cost?
A: Currently it costs $10.00
per student.
-
WOW! What does the Spanish Club DO with my
money?
A:
The club keeps $5.00 of the dues. The other $5.00 can
be applied to the Medieval Times trip or a t-shirt.
-
What if I’m not eligible to go on the trip
because of low grades or absences after paying the dues?
A: This can be addressed on an individual
basis but the club usually retains the dues.
-
What if I want to be in the Spanish Club
but can’t pay the dues?
A: See one of the sponsors.
