April 1, 2012 The First State Bank Mary Helen Myrick Scholarship is now available for application. This $500 scholarship is intended for students with a low to moderate income- the qualification is first and foremost NEED. A copy of the applicant's family's 1040 for 2011 is required. Applications are available in Ms. Orr's office.
