standard of excellence in rehearsal and performance. And sometimes these
traditions are little rituals that help strengthen the bonds within the
group. Traditions of great bands always benefit everyone and never seek to
subvert the band's integrity. |

They
know that nothing stays the same and that change is essential to growth.
They know that if they resist change, ultimately they will become obsolete. |
