HAVE TRADITIONS |
|
These traditions are always ones that elevate each member to
a higher place. Sometimes these traditions are based on the skills of each
member is expected to develop to uphold the standard of excellence in
rehearsal and performance. And sometimes these traditions are little rituals
that help strengthen the bonds within the group. Traditions of great bands
always benefit everyone and never seek to subvert the band's integrity. |

WANT CHANGE |
| They know that nothing stays the same and that change is
essential to growth. They know that if they resist change, ultimately
they will become obsolete. |

EXPECT TO SUCCEED |
| They take full control of the quality of their performances,
but recognize that contest are won and lost at the hands of the judges.
Though they may occasionally fail, great bands never expect to fail. |

| They aren't conceited or overbearing, but they work hard to
achieve greatly and their peaceful arrogance demands that others take
notice. |

sacrifices they make for each other. They follow their uniform code
strictly, consistently, and with immense pride. |
