TVCC Spring 2009 Concurrent Information

Registration for the Spring 2009 semester will be on the following dates and times:

     Where:  Athens     
     When:   Thursday, January 8, 2009      
     Time:     2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Students need to have the following paperwork filled out when they come:

1. Students who were enrolled in the Fall 2008 semester must have a completed concurrent form to register.
    

2. Students who were not enrolled in Fall 2008 semester must have the following: a concurrent form, application for admission, residency form, and test results. If students are using TAKS, they must have a copy of their student report since the essay score is not on the high school transcript. It would be to the student's advantage to submit the application and residency information prior to the day of registration.
    

3. If a student wants to take more than two courses, they should get approval from Dr. King, Vice President for Instruction prior to the registration date.
